From raw material to packed export consignment, every critical process happens inside our own 100,000 sq. ft. facility in Jamnagar.
Precision Machining & Turning
Our production floor runs CNC and VMC machining alongside high-speed turning to produce components to close tolerances in brass, copper, aluminium and stainless steel. Because raw material passes through our own importing, sorting and foundry operations — including casting and drawing of rods — we control the metal long before it reaches a spindle. Complex profiles, threading, knurling and secondary operations are handled in the same facility, so nothing waits on an outside vendor.
Plating & Surface Finishing
Plating, bench marking, buffing and polishing are all carried out in-house, which lets us match the finish specification exactly rather than approximate it. Finishes are selected for the application — conductivity, corrosion resistance or appearance — and checked batch by batch for coverage and consistency. Keeping finishing under our own roof also shortens lead times considerably.
Contract & OEM Manufacturing
We manufacture to your drawings, samples and brand requirements under long-running contract and OEM arrangements. Forging, machining and customised fabrication are combined as the part demands, and documented quality control manuals govern each stage so repeat batches match the approved first article. Many of our customers treat our floor as an extension of their own production line.
Offshore Manufacturing
For overseas buyers looking to move production to India without losing oversight, we act as a dependable offshore manufacturing base. Our alloys are held to approved European and US standards, and our export experience across the USA, UAE, UK, Europe and Australia means the documentation and compliance side is familiar territory. You get Indian cost structures with quality systems written for global buyers.
Assembly Hub
Beyond loose components, we assemble finished sub-assemblies — combining machined parts, insulators, fasteners and hardware into ready-to-fit units. Assembly happens next to machining and finishing, so any fitment issue is caught and corrected at source rather than after shipping. The result is fewer suppliers to coordinate and fewer parts to reconcile at your end.
Logistics & Packaging
Finished goods are packed to withstand long-haul export and dispatched from our distribution centre in Jamnagar, with a UK warehouse supporting faster delivery into European markets. Packaging, labelling and product identification are prepared to each customer's requirement so consignments are shelf-ready on arrival. On-time delivery is treated as a quality parameter, not a courtesy.
