Who We Are
Teron Metal Components manufactures a broad family of brass products — fittings, electrical parts, sheet metal components, safety parts, terminals, battery terminals and fasteners — alongside stainless steel fasteners and fittings for aerospace and commercial applications. Where a customer needs a specific SS fitting, we build it to their drawing rather than push a catalogue equivalent.
Our unit works with a wide range of alloys held to approved specifications, including European and US standards, so components can drop straight into regulated assemblies without re-qualification headaches.
Everything Under One Roof
Raw material handling, CNC and VMC machining, plating, bench marking, buffing and polishing all happen inside our own facility, run by a production team that knows the machines intimately. For raw material we operate in-house importing, sorting and foundry facilities on the factory premises — which means material quality is our responsibility from the very first stage rather than a supplier's promise.
Finished goods dispatch from our distribution centre in Jamnagar, Gujarat, supported by a warehouse facility in the UK for faster dispatch into European countries. On-time delivery and superior quality are the two priorities every schedule is built around.
How We Grow
Our business has grown on the strength of recycling, casting and drawing of rods, machining, forging and customised fabrication solutions. Over 31 years of workmanship and engineering, the group has deliberately brought more work in-house, investing continuously in fast, precision metal-turning machinery sourced from around the world.
